Hotel Le Windsor Biarritz

The breakfast was amazing with tons of options, and I loved the fine sea view from my room on the 7th floor. Just a bit noisy at times with some hallway sounds during the day.

Excellent location, view, staff, cleaness, breakfast and very quiet place.

During my stay, I appreciated the easy access to La Grande Plage, which was a short stroll away. The breakfast included was a highlight, featuring a variety of breads and freshly squeezed juices, contributing to a good morning. I also enjoyed having the flexibility of a baggage holding service that allowed me to explore Biarritz without my bags after checking out.

The breakfast included fresh pastries. The room felt too small for comfort, though.

Sparkly clean and absolutely perfect rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. Marvellous and incredible location close to bus stop, and Night Club, steps away from a scenic beach...

Comfortable stay with excellent breakfast

The hotel is perfectly positioned near La Grande Plage. The breakfast was genuinely good-freshly baked croissants and a variety of high-quality options to kickstart our day.

Our room, though clean, felt quite cramped and lacked a proper view. The parking arrangements were less than ideal.

The rooms, in their clean-cut, newer, modern style, were very relaxing in atmosphere, well planned, and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel has 7 floors of rooms, and an elevator, however the elevator was very slow and was not efficient in servicing all the floors in the most optimum way. So if one is on an upper floor, and therefore using the stairs was annoying, then one could expect to wait for the elevator quite a while.

Very nice modern hotel. Very central to the center and right on the beach. Take note for dinner the town closes before 10 p.m./22:00.

Unfortunately, the room was disappointingly cramped, with hardly any space to move around. The shower layout felt awkward and wasn't very functional. I also found the WiFi to be virtually non-existent in the room, quite frustrating .

Hotel Windsor was perfect for what we were looking for. On the Grand Plage of Biarritz its location was ideal to access the beach, the shops and the nightlife. Biarritz is one of my favourite seaside towns and I would not hesitate to book the Hotel Windsor on my next stay. The staff were very friendly and let us check in early. All in all 10/10!

Location right off Grande Plage is fantastic. Strolling to nearby attractions was easy. Room size was tiny, hardly any space around the bed. The shower layout felt odd. Being in the middle of the room was confusing. I loved the breakfast selection. Fresh juices and a variety of pastries were highlights. WiFi was non-existent in the room, only available in common areas. The staff were genuinely friendly, made a difference. I found it frustrating that temperature control in the room was lacking. Air conditioning wasn't available when I really needed it. Enjoyed the stay but could greatly improve the room quality and amenities.
